Jayde has worked in Hospitality and property management for a few years now. She has worked city offices and venues which has given her the abilty to communicate with a varying degree of clientele and the ablity to converse with people from all walks of life. Jayde’s pleasant demeanour and her desire to achieve ulitmate results for her owners and amicable outcomes for her tenants places Jayde in a well suited role that requires her to be a great communicator and understanding of differing needs of landlords & tenants to ensure all parties are treated fairly and protected against risk.

Janelle & Trent embarked on the joint business venture Faunt & Emmett Real Estate in 2018. Previous to this Janelle had 16 years of real estate involvement trying her hand at most tasks, including Sales. Her main experiences encompass managing Raine & Horne at Everton Park for six years and senior property management roles and trust account management with a local agency in Kingaroy from 2011 - 2014 and Surat Basin Real Estate, Chinchilla from 2014 -2016. Her broad knowledge of systems, compliance and her excellent communication, negotiation and conciliation skills coupled with her vested interest in the business as Principal and co-owner provides the experience to the clients that ensures they will receive a professional and customer focussed service experience. Janelle has an absolute passion for the industry and also is dedicated to ensuring the team at Faunt & Emmett Real Estate share the commitment and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and desire to achieve high standards.
